The Pinot Noir variety is planted, at about 900 meters above sea level, in an environmentally and sustainable farming practices area (No use of pesticides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers) resulting in low yields and high quality grapes.
Pinot Noir 2012 Red Wine is a monocepage of hand picked 100% Pinot Noir grapes, produced by combining traditional and modern vinification techniques, using only its own wild natural yeast for fermentation, which adds complexity and individuality to the wine.
