Chateau 2012 Red Wine is a blend of hand-picked rigorously selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsaut and Carrignan grapes, aged 2 years in new french oak barrels, produced by combining traditional and modern vinification techniques, using only its own wild natural yeast for fermentation, which adds complexity and individuality to the wine.
