This cuveé is produced from a blend of Merlot,Cabernet Sauvignon,Cabernet Franc grapes, picked in the final days of August. On hillside terraces located in the Eastern Mediterranean mountains, these vines are 18 years old located at 900m altitude. Harvested at early dawn, they are carefully handpicked and the yield is tightly controlled to allow maximum juice concentrationand expression.
